In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and procurement for high-impact construction projects across Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, and Jimbaran. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will use advanced software and tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and make informed decisions that drive project efficiency and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost breakdowns, cost comparisons, and cost forecasts.
• Assist in the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Use software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, and other relevant tools for project management and cost analysis.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction projects.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
