As an Inbound Tour Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing tour packages that cater to the diverse needs of our international clients. Using tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks, you'll manage client data, track sales performance, and generate detailed product quotations.

• Create and manage detailed tour packages and product quotations using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our tour packages and attract new clients.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inbound tourism.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences and events to network with peers and learn from experts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inbound tour sales or a related role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
