📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of operational staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to achieve company goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet customer requirements.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
