As a Demand Planner & Analytics Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, enabling us to make informed decisions that drive business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels are optimized and aligned with customer demand.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to visualize and interpret data.
• Conduct regular inventory reviews and make recommendations for adjustments to meet demand requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and supply chain operations.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to develop and implement demand planning strategies.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand planning and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software is a plus.
• Certification in supply chain management or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
