📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and work permit (if applicable).
