📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both parties.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
