📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to support employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to implement change management initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
