📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute ESG and Supply Chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, leveraging tools like Microsoft Project and Asana.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and sustainability across the supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations to keep all parties informed and engaged.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ESG and Supply Chain management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ESG and Supply Chain initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of ESG principles and practices, as well as supply chain management concepts.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, and SAP is a plus.
