📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are well-stocked,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment,Follow all health and safety regulations,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members,Participate in menu planning and development,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Professional Chef/Cook,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,Good physical fitness and stamina,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
