📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our hotel management system (HMP).
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including greeting cards and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage guest records and ensure accurate documentation in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., HMP) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to travel and work in a tropical environment.
