Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are met and exceeded.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve studio operations, including inventory management, staff training, and guest experience enhancement.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the studio is maintained to a high standard.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.,Participate in the development and implementation of the brand's marketing and promotional activities.,Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities to build the brand's reputation and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
