Resto Maya Sate is looking for a Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our employees are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on employee performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel as required to conduct training sessions and workshops.
