📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify learning needs and design solutions to address them effectively.,Implement and evaluate learning and development initiatives to ensure they meet the intended outcomes.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to junior learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning technologies.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
