📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of Equipment Engineers to ensure the efficient operation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.,Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.,Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.,Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, to resolve equipment-related issues and implement solutions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for the team.,Provide technical support and training to junior team members.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment engineering, with a focus on maintenance and calibration.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as SEMI and ISO.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of engineers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
