📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyages, including route optimization and fuel management.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with port authorities, crew members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior crew members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MMC) or equivalent.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience with vessel maintenance and troubleshooting.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid Seaman's Book and STCW certificates.
