People Profilers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely in Bali while contributing to the financial health of our organization. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing exceptional onboarding support to new hires.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update all financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide exceptional onboarding support to new hires, including training on financial processes and tools.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proven experience in maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
