📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.,Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations.,Managing cash and credit transactions, including handling returns and exchanges.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.,Updating inventory records and ensuring accurate stock levels.,Promoting our products and services to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail or sales operations is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
