In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes, tools, and best practices.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
