📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, providing training, support, and guidance as needed.
• Ensure that all medications are dispensed accurately and safely, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed.
• Provide customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals, answering questions and providing information about medications and treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure that the pharmacy is in compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure that the pharmacy is a safe and pleasant working environment for all staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacist assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and medication management systems.
