📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
