Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch,Managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are motivated and productive,Ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently,Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance,Monitoring branch performance and reporting to senior management,Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met,Managing branch finances and ensuring that all financial targets are met,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Proven track record of success in a management role,Strong background in operations and finance,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills,Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
