📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and programs.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR-related documents and reports.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff members.,Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Assist in the resolution of employee-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or professional with limited experience in the HR field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and procedures.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
