📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Maintain and update IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.,Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.,Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.,Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
