📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn),Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.),Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our audience,Analyze social media performance and provide reports,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent writing and editing skills,Creative and innovative thinking,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
