Makmur Kirana Auto Service is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the company.,Administer and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
