In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
