• Oversee the entire landed property development process, from initial planning to final commercialization.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure projects meet market demands and deliver exceptional value.
• Manage a team of 20+ professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project milestones.
• Utilize Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in landed property development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CAPM) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of local market trends and regulatory requirements in Riau.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
