📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing office supplies and ensuring they are stocked and available when needed.
  • Coordinating with vendors for office equipment and maintenance.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office space.
  • Handling visitor and guest management, including sign-in and scheduling.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination for office functions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on office utilities and energy consumption.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Providing support to the HR team with administrative tasks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
