📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training personnel.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of HR systems and processes is a plus.
