📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event supplies and services.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest information, and any issues that arise during the event.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with clients and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of English is a plus.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
