The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in a sales or retail environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
