🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Experience with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
