📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Review and approve structural drawings and calculations.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for structural improvements.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in using structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
