In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of customer service and food safety.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the restaurant.,Foster a positive and motivating work environment for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
