Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Lead a team of operational managers and ensure that all operational goals are met.,Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all operational processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and employees.,Ensure that all operational resources, including equipment and personnel, are properly utilized and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
