Home Port Lestari is seeking a dedicated Assistant Satpam to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various security tasks and will work closely with the Head of Security. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the premises are secure at all times,Conducting regular patrols to prevent any potential security breaches,Assisting in the maintenance and repair of security equipment,Providing first aid to any injured individuals and reporting accidents to the Head of Security,Ensuring compliance with all security and safety regulations,Assisting in the management of visitor and employee access to the premises,Working with the Head of Security to develop and implement security protocols,Assisting in the investigation of any security incidents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Minimum 1 year of experience in a security or related role,Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment,Valid security certification or license is a plus,Knowledge of security equipment and procedures,Willingness to undergo a background check
